Steve Maglisceau brings a combination of legal knowledge and decades of firsthand business and real estate experience to his work with clients.
His background includes more than 27 years of experience involving real estate acquisitions, entitlements, sales, leases, contracts, development, homebuilding, agricultural exemptions, and homeowners associations. He has also owned multiple small businesses and managed more than 30 HOAs across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
For more than a decade, Steve has also worked with wills and estate matters, helping individuals and families make important decisions about their property, responsibilities, and future.
Before his legal and business career, Steve served as a combat veteran and AH-64 Apache pilot. That experience forms another part of the discipline, preparation, and practical thinking he brings to his work today.
